Transfers

Arrange selected airport and intercity journeys with a clear pickup point, drop-off point, passenger count and luggage requirement. Transfer products remain request-based until the vehicle, service zone, waiting rules and price are confirmed.

Airport transfers

Use the Egypt airport transfers hub for Cairo, Luxor and Aswan products currently included in the catalogue. Each booking should name the terminal or hotel, meeting procedure and any zone limitation.

Intercity transfers

The intercity transfer hub covers selected routes such as Luxor–Aswan. Direct transport and sightseeing transfers are different services; stops at Edfu or Kom Ombo apply only when quoted.

Information needed for a quotation

• Date, pickup time and complete addresses.
• Flight or train details when relevant.
• Number of adults and children, with ages where a suitable restraint must be discussed.
• Number and size of bags.
• Mobility equipment or vehicle-access requirements.
• Requested stops or out-of-zone travel.
